CELAJE 4.4% Mexican Lager A crisp bed of pilsner malt with just the right amount of flaked corn to bring that perfect touch of sweetness to this otherwise dry and refreshing lager.

EASE 3.5% English Mild Ale Brewed with Slow Roasted Farro — cultivated from an heirloom spelt, then slow-roasted until it turns deep and toasty, like the last few minutes of bread in the oven. It lays down a warm, biscuity base that complements the soft malty sweetness of our favorite pale Maris Otter, stretching it out a little further than usual.
