The beer world can be overwhelming. Choices in abundance so great that it feels somehow limiting at times. Hops, hop farms, lots, harvests both early and late. Nuance upon nuance drilled down so infinitesimally small that it begs the question: will this prove meaningful?
The response, for us, yes. We sharpen our edge at the whetstone of specificity. Two of our favorite hops; blurred, melded, and honed.
DIALOGUE WITH A QUESTION MARK
8.5% Double India Pale Ale
Our go-to grist of pilsner, oats, and wheat layered with a favorite combo of ours: Strata and Nectaron, topped off with Nectaron Hop Kief for good measure. Chewy notes of sweet citrus gummy candies, berry medley smoothies, and fresh peach cobblers.
