Neurogenesis - Test Collab - Triple IPA - Beer Release

Where do our ideas come from? For the amount of time we spend in our heads, we rarely spend time exploring how any of it works. And when we do finally sit down, breathe, and attempt to focus inward, we see how truly chaotic a mind at rest can be. Ideas and thoughts bubble up seemingly from nowhere, only to drift away as quickly as they came. At some point in the recent past, an idea emerged got stuck in our minds; to brew with Einkorn wheat– an ancient grain with an origin that dates back more that 12,000 years. A grain with a complexity that requires more consideration. The type of consideration and detail that we knew our friends at Test would appreciate, so we asked them to join us for the endeavor.

A huge bed of pilsner, oats, and einkorn wheat create a strikingly complex and exceptionally soft bed on which we layed wave after wave of oily hop compounds from Egger's Nelson, Citra, Crosby Deep Cut Cascade, Egger's Motueka, and Freestyle Motueka Hop Kief. Overwhelming notes of fresh cut mango, sugared pineapple slices, and juicy mandarin.
