We took our grist and dialed it way, way up for the occasion — a massive bed of pillowy oats, wheat, and pilsner malt, built to carry a serious charge of hops. Citra Dynaboost, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Wai-iti Cold Pressed Hop Juice come through on a tsunami of crushed mango, grapefruit rind, white wine grapes, and a low hum of blueberry and pine underneath it all.
