Dream Debris - New England IPA - Beer Release
Our unconscious minds drift through tessellated thoughts with a level of clarity that is often missing from our waking hours. Distilled by a hushed reality, we seek to use the tranquility of dreams to reconnect our neural pathways and wake with a new perspective.
We have a few years of experimentation behind us at this point, but ever curious, we always seek to challenge our expectations and find new discoveries on paths we may have walked before.
DREAM DEBRIS
7.1% New England IPA
Revisiting a grist familiar to some of our core receipts to lay perfect soft foundation upon which we layer some of our favorite hop lots we've come across recently. Hopped with Nelson, New Zealand Cascade, Waimea, and Waimea Hop Kief. Notes of white wine grapes, fresh lime zest, cannabinoid resins, and pink grapefruits.
