We are always deep in our never-ending experimentation with hoppy IPAs, and this week is no exception. Hop forward beers for us are a balancing act between pushing the limits of how many hops can physically fit into a beer, and ensuring we’re getting the most out of them. Freestyle Hops hop kief has become a go-to for capturing those drippy hop oils without sacrificing anything. This week we’re playing with one of our New Zealand favorites— Motueka

8.6% Double India Pale Ale
Our signature grist of pilsner, oats, and wheat sets a cushioned stage for a melange of hoppy oils. Our hand-picked Citra, Freestyle Riwaka, and Motueka Hop Kief present in waves of key lime, candied orange slices, and spoonfuls of ripened passionfruit. Bold, decadent, and drinkable— it’s forever a delight to see how simple but focused ingredients can create such wonderful outcomes.
