Mashed with a super simple base of our favorite Pilsner malt, then hopped through the boil with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and lightly dry hopped with Huell Melon hops– this gorgeous Kellerbier plays the young lager vibes off the floral and fruity hop characteristics perfectly for a balanced beer that is infinitely drinkable.

2nd Anniversary Collab w/ Twin Elephant. Brewed with a hefty NEIPA base and then hopped with Citra, Peacherine, Riwaka, and STTX145 Hop Terpenes.

Brewed with a touch of rye in the grist and loads of Citra, Nectaron, and Peacherine hops. Moon Healer overwhelms the senses with waves of drenched sweet fruit, gobs of candied citrus, and fresh squeezed lime.

2nd Anniversary Collab w/ Conclave. Pushing our New England base to the absolute max with enormous doses of oats and wheat in the grist, and then New Zealand Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, and NZH-214 hops.

2nd Anniversary Collab w/ Wild Fern. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, Vienna, and a touch of Rye and then hopped generously with Columbus, NZ Cascade, El Dorado, and Simcoe hops.

2nd Anniversary Collab w/ Brewed with a hefty malt base of Bohemian Pilsner, Munich, Carafa II, and a few others, we boil hopped this lager with Ariana hops for a touch of floral and herbal character that would accentuate the addition of vanilla beans towards the later end of the lagering process.

A subtle roastiness enhances the mild sweetness and beautifully complements the yeast-driven complexity of this black farmhouse saison
